12 US F-22 Fighter Jets Arrive to Israel Amid Rising US-Iran Tensions

(MENAFN) At least 12 US F-22 Raptor fighter jets arrived at an Israeli air base on Tuesday as part of a broader American military buildup in the Middle East, reports indicate. The jets, among the world’s most advanced, are designed for missions including penetrating hostile airspace and neutralizing enemy air defenses and radar systems.

The deployment comes amid escalating tensions with Iran, with US President Donald Trump warning of potential military action if nuclear negotiations fail. The F-22s join other US forces already stationed in the region, reinforcing deterrence and rapid-response capabilities in collaboration with Israel.
